SSR Airport Transfers used now on two ocassions. Punctuality, helpfulness, reliability, and courtesy top notch. A comfortable journey with a friendly professional driver. Will use again.

Our driver, Mohammed, was amazing! The car was waiting for us and it was big enough for 7 grown adults and all our bags. The trips was comfortable and enjoyable, even after a very long day of traveling. Totally recommend them for a future trip.

I had an excellent experience with this airport transfer company. Everything was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He had already prepared two car seats for the kids, which made the journey so much easier and really showed how thoughtful and attentive he was. Used for a drop and pick off to Standstead airport. Great communication from the start of the booking. Needed an extra large vehicle for the group and was very pleased with what we recieved. Felt like we were treated like VIP's. Drivers arrived promptly so we were not waiting around and felt the price was very good value. Would 100% recommend and use again.

They confirmed the driver the day before including the driver's name. The driver got in touch with me on WhatsApp the day before too. He was ready and waiting before the arranged time. Great service. Nice driver. It wasn't too much more than Uber or bolt but neither of them guarantee a pickup. Worked really well getting from east London to Gatwick for a flight that departed at 7.30am. Usually I'd take public transport if the flight was at a different time. But if I ever need to leave at 4am or another silly time I'll use them again!

Great service. Helped me to carry my piano from home to the taxi and up to the check-in. Gave me hints on how to place 2 hold large 30kg luggages plus a heavy 12kg cabin luggage plus an enormous box 1.45m large travelling alone on one trolley. Amasing gentleman. May the Lord bless him abundantly.

An excellent service provided in collecting my large family of 8 which included 6 children - from Heathrow to a wedding venue everything worked seamlessly with such ease of the communication from booking to collection to drop off so much so booked again to collect after wedding to take to next destination. Simply fantastic! We traveled round trip from Stansted airport to Westminster, comfortable in eight on a Mercedes Vito van. Had an early morning transfer to Heathrow in September 2024 for 2 adults and 1 child. Communication was good and the price was competitive. I had requested a child seat and this was made available. The driver was on time and the transfer ran smoothly. I would certainly consider using the company again.

I used SSR Airport Transfers because they were local, I have to say the service was better than Addison Lee, we were a family of 8 going to the Airport and had 8 large suitcases. Excellent service!!!These guys were 100% accommodating, on the way to the airport i realised i forgot my pram, so the driver took me to a mamas and papas to but a new one, with no arguments. And again in the way home bare-in mind it was 1am nearly in the morning and without hesitation took on of the passenger to an addition stop.100% recommend these guys and will be using them in the very near future

We were a party of 8 (2 families of 4) being collected from 2 different addresses in Bexley. This was no problem and we arrived at Gatwick in plenty of time. This company is very efficient, they inform you of all the details required in writing via text on your mobile phone and whats app: confirmation of date and time of pick up and/or drop off, the location in question, the name and details of the taxi driver including his photo and even the taxi’s registration number.The price was not only very competitive but they also accept cash on the day if they are picking you up from the airport that has been previously booked rather than upfront payment beforehand, as had been my experience with other similar taxi companies.I was extremely impressed with this company when I booked an 8/9 seater taxi for my family arriving from abroad. Was on time, got to the airport 🛫 on time and earlier and smooth drive.

We were a group going to Heathrow and required to be picked up at 2am, I had not used the company before, I looked out my door at 1.40am, the driver was there parked in our drive, he was great, he said I know I'm early so you can take your time, but all our friends were arriving at that time, so we loaded up our cases and left right on time, the ladies in our party commented on his careful driving too, same on the way back, we were slightly delayed, but he was waiting when we arrived in the carpark, perfect service, we all highly recomend this company

SSR are totally professional from first contact through all communications and through to the pick ups and drives. The vehicles are clean and very comfortable. Ahmed and Shafi both were courteous and friendly providing an excellent service. Compared to cabs and Uber, they have been more reliable and very accommodating putting service before all else. So much so I have recommended to family and friends- excellent job SSR and I look forward to the next time.

Having looked online, decided to use this place and am really glad I did. From the start of enquiry through to booking, there was great communication and very reasonable prices compared to some other companies. We had to book the large mercedes vehicle as we had 4 large suitcases. The driver, Mohammed, was excellent too - thank you! He arrived 5 mins before booking time and waited patiently for us and also helped with luggage. The vehicle was prestine and felt really comfortable.
