Simply fantastic! We traveled round trip from Stansted airport to Westminster, comfortable in eight on a Mercedes Vito van. I received all the details in advance and even the driver's photo and license number. He was very kind and smiling, he endured our chatter during the trips, punctual and reliable, with safe driving. Had an early morning transfer to Heathrow in September 2024 for 2 adults and 1 child. Communication was good and the price was competitive. I had requested a child seat and this was made available. The driver was on time and the transfer ran smoothly. I would certainly consider using the company again.
I used SSR Airport Transfers because they were local, I have to say the service was better than Addison Lee, we were a family of 8 going to the Airport and had 8 large suitcases. The journey going out was so smooth and roomy. I was so impressed that I booked to return and equally very impressed with the service from Mohammed. You get a text telling you name of driver collecting you and reg. I will definitely only be using this company going forward and we have lots of family days out, and will be recommending this service to friends & family, beats any other companies by miles
Excellent service!!!These guys were 100% accommodating, on the way to the airport i realised i forgot my pram, so the driver took me to a mamas and papas to but a new one, with no arguments. And again in the way home bare-in mind it was 1am nearly in the morning and without hesitation took on of the passenger to an addition stop.100% recommend these guys and will be using them in the very near future
